Activating a member

Inactive members are "blocked" and their "member" role is off.

1. Find them in the member list.
   1. Control Panel
   2. Members
   3. Edit Roles/Permissions of Multiple Users
   4. Click status and choose Blocked
2. "Edit" their account - the edit link is far right
3. Set them to Active
5. Tick the Member box
6. Save
7. Send them an email to tell them they have been reactivated.

We need to know if they have paid their sub - currently this is not really possible, this note to remind us to work out how to do this.
